The Union Jack Club Meeting & Banqueting Facilities 13 March 2013

Conveniently located next to Waterloo Station the Union Jack Club is a Service Charity for members of the Armed Forces. With its intimate, traditional club-style rooms and fully-equipped conference and meeting rooms the UJC offers a wide range of flexible facilities in the centre of London and the expertise and experience to cater for your event:

With our close military connections we have a reputation for attention to detail that is second to none and we are proud to deliver an uncompromisingly efficient service; our dedicated events team are there from start to finish, ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Food and refreshments are an important part of the working day. Our excellent chefs use only the freshest seasonal ingredients and provide tempting food and drink to suit all requirements - from light healthy snacks to a six-course silver service banquet! Whether it is a working lunch or a social gathering after your meeting, we will fit in around you.

With Wi-Fi throughout, an espresso bar, large restaurant and a welcoming bar the Club provides an ideal environment in which to relax and continue networking into the evening. Staying in your chosen location is both convenient and economical so ask us about accommodation before or after the event.

The Union Jack Club Meeting & Banqueting FacilitiesOn the 23rd floor of the Union Jack Club there are three fully-equipped rooms that can accommodate boardroom meetings, private dining for up to 24 people or receptions for up to 40 people with equal ease. With stunning views and possibly the most peaceful and private meeting rooms in London they offer everything a modern meeting needs (ceiling mounted HD projectors, giant screens, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee machines).

Rooms are available in the heart of the Club for meetings, training and buffet receptions for up to 40 people. Screens, projectors, laptops and refreshments can be provided upon request.

The Union Jack Club Meeting & Banqueting FacilitiesOur traditional club-style rooms are located on the ground floor. These have great character and reflect the history of the Union Jack Club and can be used for most types of events: boardroom, meeting, formal dining and private reception.

Our main banqueting and meeting room is flexible and self-contained, accommodating up to 180. With its own bar and entrance and versatile multiuse options it is an excellent venue for large groups either to work or socialise in.
